I purchased a bracelet in 2024 and wore it ofter and it was an eye catcher, everyone loved it, a year later it came unlatched and after inspection it was determined a faulty latch, I contacted Vacier and they replaced the bracelet without hesitation. Excellent product and exceptional service. I definitely recommend Norezy.
